Private TrainingBrenda Haugrud, Cert. Personal Trainer/SCS, can provide the push you need to take your fitness/wellness/sports performance to the next level. Half-hour or one-hour sessions are available, each customized to your needs and goals.

Early Risers: Firm & Burn
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-6:45am (offered in the fall, winter and spring)This class offers targeted strength and definition workouts to tone and tighten your showcase muscles! Each session will begin with a warmup, followed by upper body and lower body-sculpting exercises. Core training will be both days, and high-intensity-interval training (HIIT) will be incorporated as well.Stretches will polish off the workout. $35 non-members, $25 members per month.
Wednesday 10:15-11:00am & Friday 10:15-11:00amThis SilverSneakers® group exercise class is designed to increase strength, range of movement/flexibility, agility, balance and coordination, and to improve your functional capacities, physical fitness level and sense of well-being. Equipment used includes elastic tubing, weights, SilverSneakers® ball, and chairs.
Call fitness center for timesYogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Making the Most of Your Break!
Monday 12:15-12:45am & Wednesday 12:15-12:45am30-minutes to fitness! A thorough workout over lunch using light weights, resistance bands, and physioballs to sculpt the abdominal muscles, glutes and thighs, and arms and back! Intervals of cardio will maximize fat-burning! Cool-down includes stretches and relaxation. Watch for bonus Friday sessions! $35 non-members, $25 members per month.
